• Prescription is a must for ordering certain medicines and injections. If you fail to upload the recent prescription then your order will be cancelled.
• For ordering medicine without a prescription, you can go for over-the-counter drugs.

• There is no “COD” (cash on delivery) option for the purchase of drugs.
• If your order is cancelled, then you will be notified of the cancellation.
• Usha Medicals reserve the right to cancel any order that is not acceptable.
• Cancellation of your may be due to unavailability of stock, errors in information shared, and so on.
• If your order is cancelled after the amount of money is charged from your account, then the same amount of money will be credited back to your account.
• The orders that are shipped will not be cancelled.
