Return and Refund policies

1. Product should be in their original manufacturer’s packing with tags, and invoice for easy returns.
2. Product being returned must be fully unopened.
3. The product is non-returnable if it is mentioned on the product detail page for example
temperature-controlled and specialty medicines.
4. Request for returns must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

Refund Policies:
1. Full refund can be done if the product is past its expiry date.
2. If there is any damage during transit.
3. If there is any defect in the item delivered.

Procedure for Return and Refund:

1. Out of Karnataka customers can contact us on Whatsapp between 10 am to 6 pm.
2. You can email us at … with the reason for cancellation.
3. For refunds, we do NEFT.It will take 3-5 working days for a refund. Online refund may take 8 to 10
business days.
